Holy crap the day has finally come?!
“Bring back Firefly”, a sentence that felt like you’d hear regularly every year for the last 24-years. So much so that Firefly very much became the face of “shows cancelled before their time”. Well after a lot of teasing online, years of fan campaigning and cast campaigning, Firefly is finally coming back. But there is a catch.

Yes, Firefly is planning its return to our screens in animated form. Taking place between the show and the film that closed the book on many key characters. The only problem is that the show does not yet have a place to call home. The show is yet to find a streaming platform or studio to take on the project, which is where we all come in. The original cast are asking for the help of the shows fanbase to drum up excitement and share their interest in the reboot to assist in the pitching process.
