A tractor fire south of Loxton has caused over half-a-million dollars in damage.
Fire crews were called to the blaze at Veitch just after Midday on Wednesday, and on arrival found the tractor and attached spray unit fully involved in fire.
The fire started in the cab of the tractor, with the occupant able to exit however did experience a minor injury.

CFS volunteers were able to extinguish the fire quickly but the tractor and spray unit, valued at $550,000, were destroyed.
