A man will face the Berri Magistrates Court after he was charged with multiple offences, including several traffic infringements & Hindering Police.
The 58-year-old man from Summertown was caught travelling at 117 km/h in a 100 km/h zone on Murbko Road in Murbko Sunday.
Police say they attempted to stop the vehicle, however the driver failed to stop.

He then eventually pulled over where it’s alleged the driver refused to exit the vehicle or state his name and address, further to this Police say he refused to comply with alcohol and drug testing.
Police checks revealed he was currently disqualified from driving.
He was issued a further 12 month instant loss of licence and his car was impounded for 28 days.
He’s due in court later this year.
