A local motorcycle rider is now without his bike, after being caught over the alcohol limit Sunday.
Police stopped the 46-year-old Renmark man on Story Crescent where it’s alleged he returned a positive blood alcohol result of 0.142.
He was reported for a number of offences, including drink-driving, drive disqualified, drive unregistered, drive uninsured and fail to wear a motorbike helmet.
The motorcycle passenger was also said not be wearing a helmet.
The rider will now face court, with the motorcycle impounded for 28 days.
