A Berri man has been arrested, after he was seen drink driving a stolen John Deere gator agricultural utility vehicle.
He was stopped on Berri’s Jones Street last Friday, returning a reading of 0.100
Further checks revealed not only was the Gator stolen, the man’s licence was also showing as disqualified.

Police further allege he was found to be in possession of a credit card knife -deemed a prohibited weapon.
The 37-year-old Berri man was arrested and charged with drink driving, illegal use of a motor vehicle, theft, possessing a prohibited weapon and driving while disqualified.
He was refused bail and remanded in custody.
