A Barmera man will face court on assault charges, after an weekend incident in Barmera.
Police were called to the Barmera Hotel on Saturday night, and arrested a 30-year-old barmera man. He was charged him with assault causing harm & was also issued a three month barring order from licensed premises. He’ll be in court later this year.
The victim, a man in his fifties from Kersbrook was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

In other police news, a man from Morgan was arrested, after a search located a Stolen firearm.
The 36-year-old Morgan man was arrested and charged with number of offences following a search last Friday.
Police say they located a stolen loaded shotgun, a bayonet, cannabis and equipment used in connection with cannabis.
