Saturday’s opening round of Riverland Football was well attended, with footy fans eager to get back and support their team.
Following an ANZAC ceremony it was Waikerie that got a three goal jump over reigning premiers Barmera-Monash.
While the Roos stayed within reach it was the Waikerie Magpies who took the win by 20 points.
