Drugs and weapons have been located by Police, following the search of a Loxton property last week.
It’s alleged Police located 45 grams of methamphetamine, 140 millilitres of fantasy and 81 MDMA (ecstasy) tablets which Police say were packaged for sale.
Police also located a number of items used for the consumption of drugs along with $770 in cash, a home-made taser and a butterfly knife.
Following the search, a 30-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman from the property were arrested and charged with several offences.
They include,
- Trafficking a controlled drug.
- Possessing a dangerous article.
- Possessing a prohibited weapon.
- Unlawful possession.
Both were refused bail, with Police again calling on anyone in the community with information regarding the sale or manufacture of illicit drugs to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
