A steep fall in Waikerie has seen a person airlifted to Adelaide.
Emergency services were called to the site not far from the popular cliff top river side walking trail just prior to 10am yesterday.
Local SES were able to use abseil equipment to access the area, with the person then winched to safety by a rescue helicopter.

They are now recovering in Adelaide, however the injuries are non-life threatening.
