Childcare funding applications closing soon

Local Federal MP, Tony Pasin is encouraging child care providers to apply for federal funding.

Centres that are eligible can apply for up to $300,000 for capital works or up to $400,000 for sustainability and support.

The funding falls under the Community Child Care Fund, which local member Tony Pasin says has helped many childcare providers in regional areas, adding further “Accessibility of childcare is critical to regional economies”

Applications close next week.
