Calls for more hospital security

Local Nurses and Midwives are calling for urgent action to see full time security implemented at the Riverland General Hospital.

The union has launched petition to the local Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network, following a number of violent incidents.

Purple scrub tops are now being worn as a means of protest at the lack of action, being the same colour of the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Federation (ANMF).
