Try ‘n Fly in July
The Riverland flying groups are once again holding a ‘Try ‘n Fly in July’ day on Sunday 13th July 2025 from 9am at the Loxton Airfield. Enjoy a 15-20 minute flight for a $40 donation to the clubs. Local pilots from Loxton Aero Club, Riverland Sport Aviation and Waikerie Gliding Club will donate their time to give members of the public the thrill of flying in a small aircraft with a ‘bird’s eye view’ of the Riverland. Morning tea and Lunch available at the clubrooms. A great family day out!
Morning tea and lunch will be available at the clubrooms and it will be a great day out for families and individuals with an interest in aviation. Passengers are asked to bring cash if possible to pay for flights and refreshments – an alternative is an electronic funds transfer to the Loxton Aero Club bank account.
