Making Your Wishes Known

Have you talked over with your family what your wishes are when you near the end of life? Have you organised an Advanced Care Directive?

A workshop called “Making Your Wishes Known” will be held on Wednesday 14^th August, at the Barmera Uniting Church Hall from 10am to 2.30pm. 

The presenter is Rhonda Smedley who is an experienced facilitator.  Numbers are limited, please register by the 10^th of August, with Anne Chase on 0448 108 249.

$10 to secure your spot, this will include a workbook and morning tea plus lunch.
