Berri have stepped further to making their Riverland football finals return, following a thrilling eight point victory over Loxton.
Scores were tied at the final change, for then Loxton to take the lead early in the final quarter.
A late goal from Berri saw the demons hit the front at Loxton’s home deck, final scores Berri 9.12-66 def Loxton 9.4-58.

At Barmera it was the roos who claimed an impressive win at home over Loxton North, BM 12.8-80 def LN 5.11-41.
And while now out of the finals race Renmark battled all the way against Waikerie, however it was the Magpies at home who held out for a thrilling one point victory, Waikerie 7.8-50 to Renmark’s 7.7-49.
