The recent cold snap has seen weather records for June reset in Rennark.
Friday’s maximum of 8.4 degrees is now the lowest maximum temperature recorded at the Bureau’s Renmark site in June.
Previously the June record was 8.7 degrees set in 1999.

While not quite as cold Saturday, temperatures hit just 10.8 degrees, well under the average of 17.8.
July’s lowest sits at 8.2 recorded in 2021, with August having the all time lowest maximum of 7.9 set in 2007.
