It's time for a Mighty River Run update, There are only THREE WEEKS TO GO! as we touch base with JR from Seven News Adelaide who is Patron of the Novita Mighty Run.
Everything is ramping up as the Mighty River Runners have raised nearly $200,000 to support kids living with disability to achieve their goals.
We have one crew over $20,000 on their own, with many events every weekend leading up to the event.
So far, we’ve had Bingo nights, Pasta nights, Golf Days, Whiskey Tasting and Garage Sales just to name a few.
We have some epic activities along the river this year as well, including ‘Wheelienet’ a program that gives Novita runs in schools that gives kids the opportunity to experience wheelchair basketball.
We’ll be bringing the chairs to the Riverland and giving the crews the opportunity to have a go! Any school can reach out to Novita to see if this is something they can be a part of during the school term.
Other activities include Clay shooting, the Client day on Monday, 11 November and Bingo.
