A truck driver from NSW will face court, following a Sturt Highway traffic stop locating cannabis and a large amount of cash.
Police will allege that about just before midday Friday the 4th of September, officers stopped a truck on the Sturt Highway in Truro for a vehicle inspection.
Following suspicion, the truck was towed to Adelaide were following further examination Police located 39 kilograms of cannabis in the trailer, along with $228,000 of cash in the cabin.
The driver was arrested and charged with trafficking in a large commercial quantity of illegal drugs and money laundering.
The driver will face court in December.
