RIVERLAND DRIVER CAUGHT DRIVING AT .209

A Riverland driver has been caught having a blatant disregard for safety on the road.

10am Last Thursday, Berri Police were conducting a driver testing station on Shiell road Berri and observed a black Holden ute trying to avoid the station.

The vehicle was subsequently stopped and the 49 year old Monash driver recorded a roadside BAC reading of .209

Swift investigations from local police also revealed he was disqualified from driving.

The Holden Ute was impounded and the driver will appear in court at later date.
