Murray Darling Basin communities will now have access to the new Murray darling association program, which aims to assist those impacted by water buybacks.
The inaugural basin communities leadership program will roll out across 15 communities through the basin and will be in the Riverland in June.
CEO of the MDA, Emma Bradbury said many feel that they are not being heard and are being left behind in the consultation and community participation processes.
