Two Riverland Wineries have been announced as finalists in the South Australian Best of Wine Tourism Awards.
Primary Industries Minister and Member for Chaffey Tim Whetstone said it was great to see a diverse list of wineries, wine tourism experiences and wine regions nominated as part of the awards.
In The Riverland, Mallee Estate Wines have been nominated for their Restaurant, as well as Nine One Nine Wines in the Sustainability category.
Twenty Two SA wineries have been nominated in total.
Local winners will be announced next month and compete against nominees from nine other Great Wine Capitals in November in Bordeaux, France.
