Despite some concerns over participation, the annual Riverland Toy and Tucker motorcycle run was once again an overwhelming success.
Over 200 riders took part in Sunday’s event, raising over $4000 for the Riverland Christmas Appeal.
A Ulysses Club Mallee Branch spokesperson said it was great to see so many locals get their bikes out for the run, with the event now recording growth each year.
The spokesperson added that with Bathurst on the same day, together with a large motorcycling event at The Bend Motorsport Park he thought numbers may have dropped, however was pleasantly surprised with the turn out.
The local branch of the Ulysses club hold a number of rides throughout the year, and say they are more than welcoming of new members or wish to join.
