Two people have been arrested in the Riverland, after they allegedly snuck into SA with no approval and breached the Emergency Management Act.
The pair were arrested yesterday afternoon in Moorook South with Police saying the duo drove into the state and avoided checkpoints.
The 55-year-old man and 51-year-old woman, both from Colignan in country Victoria were charged with failing to comply with a direction and will appear at the Berri Magistrates Court today via video link.
Both returned negative COVID test results.
