WAIKERIE BACK ON TOP OF RFL

Three goals from new Waikerie Magpie recruit Dustin Gordon has helped the Pies climb to the top of the RFL ladder following a win over Loxton.

Despite a spirited comeback from the Tigers, home team Waikere ran out 26 point winners, 11.9-75 to Loxton 8.6-54.

Renmark recorded a big win over a struggling Barmera-Monash line-up, with the Roos unable to score after half time, Renmark 16.20-116 to the Roos 3.1-19

While at Panther Park the Berri Demons further cemented their place in finals with a comfortable win over Loxton North, 13.17-95 to North 3.11-29

Winners in the independents, Ramco, BSR & Sedan-Cambrai.
