NSW DRIVER CAUGHT 62KP/H OVER THE LIMIT

A man from NSW has been caught speeding on the Sturt highway, travelling more than 60 KP/H over the limit.

Monday afternoon police from the Heavy Vehicle Enforcement Unit were patrolling the Sturt Highway at Murbko when they detected a Ford sedan travelling east at 172km/h in a 110km/h speed zone.

The 37-year-old leadfoot from Homebush NSW was issued an instant fine of $1780, as well was issued an instant 6 month loss of licence.
