LOCAL TRAINEES ATTEND WORKSHOP

Trainees from local councils have joined other trainees from around the state and have participated in a training session this week to help them take the next steps in their careers.

Regional Development Minister Geoff Brock attended the event, which is part of the State Government’s $4 million Regional Youth Traineeship Program.

Trainees from the Berri Barmera & Renmark Paringa councils were invited at attend the event as well as trainees from 12 other councils.  

Regional development minister Geoff Brock said “The Regional Youth Traineeship Program is helping to provide sustainable employment opportunities in our regions”
