A Yabby net exchange program is now open to the wider Riverland community.
Run originally for Berri Barmera Council residents, the program has now seen additional support from the Murraylands and Riverland landscape board.
Registration is still required, that can be done until tomorrow at the Berri Barmera Council office, with the program limited to two nets per household.
The net exchange it self takes place at Sunday’s twilight fiesta.
Earlier this year SA followed other states in outlawing the popular Opera House style Yabby nets.
