A man has suffered burns, following an incident while undertaking houseboat maintenance.
Emergency crews first responded to the incident just after 10.15am Yesterday in Paringa, with the explosion thought to have come from a generator.
The injured man in his 50’s is said to have sustained significant facial burns, and was subsequently flown to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment.

A second man is also understood to be have been taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
Details on what caused the explosion remains unknown.
