Flooding costs the RAA

The RAA has attributed last summer’s River Murray flooding as some of the reason for a $54M operating loss.

The loss is up from $9.6 last year, with $30M of the recent loss said to be due to flooding and storm events last November.

The RAA currently has over 800,000 members across the state and is installing a number of EV charging stations, including in the Riverland.
