Today’s forecast extreme heat has seen a total fire ban declared for the Riverland and Murraylands fire districts, with both having an ‘Extreme’ fire danger rating.
The Bureau are predicting a maximum temperature of 44 for Renmark, together with the chance of raised dust during this afternoon and evening.
The total fire ban runs to midnight (22/2/2024) & the CFS have recommend locals implement their bushfire survival plan & stay informed.
