With cool nights and showers forecast this week, a code blue activation for the Riverland has been called.
Forming part of the homeless response strategy, the activation allows greater provisions for those who may be sleeping rough.
In addition winter warm up sites are also now operational across the state.

Minister for Human Services Nat Cook says the warm up sites are a chance for alliance staff to continue or establish relationships with rough sleepers and identify what services might be of assistance.
At this stage the code blue runs to Wednesday, with those who may be sleeping rough encouraged to contact Homeless Connect SA on 1800 003 308.
