A crowd of over 3000 people packed into the Waikerie oval Saturday to see the Barmera-Monash Roos win their first A grade premiership since 2012.

The roos got the early jump on the Renmark Rovers who were going for 4 straight RFL premierships.

Despite the Roos not scoring a goal for 2 quarters, the defensive pressure was high enough to see the Renmark Rovers unable to catch up.
