The latest building approval data from the ABS reveals the Mid Murray Council area is setting the pace.
They saw 11 approvals made in November, which for some may not be a surprise as the region rebuilds from flooding last summer.
Six dwellings were approved in Loxton-Waikerie, Berri-Barmera had four with just one approved in Renmark-Paringa.
