From Barmera to Beechworth

The Coo-Wee Ride which began in Barmera on May 6th and is a 1844km cycle to raise funds for sufferers of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, ends in Beechworth, Victoria, this Saturday.

After leaving Lake Bonney to begin their journey, Matt Aldridge and his team mate Adam Wells have already rode over 1200km, averaging around 120km a day. Mr Aldridge arrived in Seymour on Tuesday for a barbecue at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall before taking back off for the final four day leg on the veteran’s ride through King Valley and finishing in Beechworth.
